1. Job description – Inventory Officer
 JOB OVERVIEW
  1. Preparing the purchase orders
  2. Receiving all items
  3. checking all PO’s against the supplier invoices
  4. Storing of all items
  5. Issuing of all goods
  6. Managing stock levels
  7. Giving out the supplies from the stock.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  1.  He /She is responsible  for preparing the purchase orders, receiving, storing, issuing the goods, managing the stock levels and giving out  the supplies from the stock
  2. To undertake the function of stock taking and confirm the periodic stock on a regular basis by working closely with the designated staff team.
  3. To supervise the offloading process, the subsequent arrangement of merchandise, material etc., and consignment so that it can be assessed and identified easily.
  4. Responsible for preparing reports on adjustments done to inventories that may be damaged, spoilt, etc., and coordinates the purchasing and warehousing functions.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
  1. Bachelor’s degree in business related to inventory management, accounting, logistics, etc.
  2. Good analytical & organization skills with experience in project management is an added advantage.
  3. Should have the desire to learn every detail related to inventory business and should have a passion to reach out for promotional opportunities
  4. He/ She should have a methodical approach to completing the assigned work and should pay strong attention to detail
  5. Ability to demonstrate collaborative work style, and strong leadership skills and should have the ability to take proper decisions and action whenever any difficult situation arises.
  6. Excellent written and oral communication skills are a must.

2. Restaurant Supervisor
JOB OVERVIEW
  1. A detail-oriented, reliable and experienced restaurant supervisor to join our team
  2. Managing all aspects of the restaurant business
  3. You are expected to deliver a high-quality experience to customers and motivate staff to ensure excellent customer service.
  4. Exceptional management skills and a strong understanding of customer service are a must.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Ensure restaurant standards are maintained and highly implemented.
  2. Supervises coordinates and gives directions to the entire team in a very efficient and correct manner.
  3. Promote good relationships with the customers and staff.
  4. Checking of expiry dates and non-dated products on a daily.
  5. Conduct shift briefing
  6. Maintaining restaurant cleanliness as well as ensuring all maintenance needs are looked after.
  7. Maintain log book on a day-to-day basis
  8. Conduct all administrative work required.

4. Kitchen Steward
JOB OVERVIEW
The kitchen steward maintains an establishment’s kitchen and surrounding areas, keeping them clean and sanitary. Your duties include creating and maintaining a cleaning schedule for the kitchen, cleaning the stoves, ovens, pots, pans, and refrigerators and washing dishes, glasses and cutlery.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Performing sanitation and cleanliness duties to maintain  the kitchen, restaurant and work areas
  2. Keeping equipment and utensils in clean and orderly condition
  3. Perform all general cleaning duties of the kitchen, restaurant and work facilities
  4. Operates and maintains dishwashing equipment
  5. Re-stock all supplies in the assigned areas
  6. Monitor chemicals and water temperature during the shift
  7. Perform all general cleaning  duties in the kitchen, restaurant and work facilities

JOB OVERVIEW
You will be responsible for transporting food items and other goods from our kitchen facility to restaurants or outlets
These include loading and offloading of goods, delivering food items, dry store and chemicals to the specific TJ FOODS restaurants/outlets
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Following the best practices for safety both on the road and while loading a truck
  2. Communicating with dispatchers, restaurants and other team members to make deliveries
  3. Meeting delivery deadlines
  4. Performing basic truck maintenance
  5. Loading and unloading cargo
  6. Obtaining client or customer signatures as and when required.

  2. With 1-2 years of experience as a driver for relevant food companies
  3. Able to perform under pressure

  6. Must be physically fit to lift trays of food items up to 20kgs
  7. Must be able to work AM and PM shifts
