Centre for Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (C-WASH) is looking to hire a highly motivated, committed, and results-driven Project Manager for a short-term contract of 6 months to help complete an ongoing pilot project in the Ashanti Region.
C-WASH is a non-governmental organisation in Ghana working to contribute to improvement in coverage and sustainability of drinking water supply and sanitation services for deprived rural communities, small towns, and peri-urban settlements.

Job Summary
- The successful candidate will lead the team, and manage the Water Supply & Sustainability Improvement Project (WSSIP) currently being piloted in selected communities and districts in the Ashanti Region of Ghana.
- She/he will coordinate closely with other Project Implementing Partners from the Academia and the Banking sector. She/he will lead the project team to provide effective technical assistance to community-managed small towns piped water systems towards improving their operational, management, administrative and financial efficiency.
- She/he will also facilitate an active platform for community-managed piped water services in Ghana to stimulate cross-learning, sharing, performance review, and performance improvement.

Required Skills or Experience
Applicants should possess a minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies, Geological Engineering, Civil Engineering, Social Sciences, Water and Sanitation, or other relevant disciplines.
