Job Summary
- The successful candidate will work with selected communities and small towns piped water supply systems, District Assemblies, and other key project stakeholders to implement the ongoing Water Supply & Sustainability Improvement Project (WSSIP) currently being piloted in selected communities and districts in the Ashanti Region of Ghana.
- She/he will be part of the team that will provide effective and consistent technical assistance to community-managed small towns piped water systems to improve their operational, technical, management, administrative and financial efficiency.
- She/he will support the Executive Secretary of the Network of Community Water Services (NETCOWAS) in facilitating an active platform for community-managed piped water services in Ghana to stimulate cross-learning, sharing, performance review, and performance improvement.

Required Skills or Experience
Applicants should possess a minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies, Geological Engineering, Civil Engineering, Social Sciences, Water and Sanitation, or other relevant disciplines.
