Responsibilities
- figuring out what tools and software will work.
- Trying to fix computer problems.
- figuring out what’s wrong and fixing it.
- Fixing problems with the network.

- Talking to people is the fastest way to find out what’s wrong with them.
- giving customers feedback that is correct and on time.
- Customers are walked through a number of steps to solve a problem.
- Make sure the problem is fixed by following up with clients.
- The selected people will work in a shift system(Day/Night)
