Position 1: Contact Centre Agents
Requirements:
- Candidates must be fluent in English and any local language
- Candidates must have at least an HND Or 1st Degree
- Should possess excellent communication skills
- Must have good Customer Care Orientation
- Applicants must be computer literate
- Should have the ability to work within a 24hr shift system
Position 2: Hausa And Ewe Speaking Contact Centre Agents
Requirements:
- Must be able to speak Fluent English and Hausa or Ewe
- Applicants should have some level of passion for customer service
- Candidates must possess an HND or 1st Degree
