Job Description
- To oversee and manage the administrative functions to achieve the Group objectives through coordinating and supervising various administrative tasks to ensure efficient and effective daily operations.
- Additionally, be responsible for managing personnel, implementing policies and procedures, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
DUTIES:
- Manage a team of administrative personnel, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation. Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to staff members, fostering a positive work environment.

- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to streamline operations and ensure compliance with company standards and relevant regulations. Regularly review and update policies as necessary.
- Oversees budget preparation and ensures resources are allocated appropriately and expenditures are within budgetary constraints. Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement efficient practices.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of office facilities and equipment. Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for facility-related needs. Ensure a safe and secure work environment for employees.
- Establish and maintain efficient recordkeeping systems, including electronic and physical files. Manage document retention and disposal processes. Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives and senior management, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, and handling confidential information.
- Oversee procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiating contracts, and managing relationships with vendors and suppliers. Ensure cost-effective purchasing practices and quality control.
- Prepare and submit monthly/quarterly & annual reports for management decisions.
- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

- Responsible for managing and maintaining confidential matters relating to company business strategy and processes and keeping documentation highly discrete.
