Saskatchewan’s International Skilled Worker Expression of Interest (EOI) system was in place to attract and select skilled workers from around the world who wish to live and work in the province of Saskatchewan, Canada. An International Skilled Worker (ISW) EOI submission is not an application to the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP). It is a pre-application which allows you to fill out an online form to indicate your interest in applying to the SINP and show your qualifications.
