Offered Salary: £11 – £14 / hour
There is a skilled visa sponsorship route available.
To be eligible for the Skilled Visa, you must have met the following requirements.
- Have you applied for at least two years?

- Minimum of 5 years of expertise with Al La Carte menus and fresh food cooking.
- In the absence of the Head Chef, Sous and Senior Sous must be able to lead a team of 10+ chefs from the queue.
- A SELT, IELTS, or English equivalent, or the ability to pass it within a month after receiving a job offer
- Applicants from the United Kingdom are encouraged to apply.

There are now 20 pubs and 14 Brasserie Blancs in the Heartwood Collection. We plan to expand to 61 locations by 2027, including pubs with rooms. In the following four years, this might add up to 500 bedrooms to The Collection.
