Working as part of a flexible and busy team of technicians spread across multiple buildings, the role will involve providing technical support to students, researchers and academics involved in Chemistry.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Technician with relevant experience, ideally with some experience in a higher education environment.
You will manage and maintain a suite of labs, in collaboration with the Technical Specialist, ensuring they are kept to the highest standard of cleanliness & organisation.
You will be responsible for ensuring that equipment in the labs is maintained and enable students to undertake their work, from simple equipment to high spec instrumentation.
