Integro Care Group Ltd, formerly known as Community IW Health Ltd, is rebranding and expanding its horizons in the field of healthcare. We are currently in the process of reactivating our CQC licence and applying for a sponsorship licence. Our goal is to launch our services across various local authorities, focusing on delivering exceptional care packages. We are committed to providing personalised care and support for adults aged 18 to 65 and the elderly over 65, including both domiciliary care and supported living care packages in the community.

Role: Carer/HCA/Support Worker
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality personal care and support tailored to individual client needs.
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.
- Provide emotional and social support, fostering a positive environment for clients.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to care planning.
Requirements:
- Openness to working with diverse client groups.
- Prior health and social care training is preferred.
- Proficiency in English; English language test required.
- Successful completion of police background checks.
- Relevant experience is beneficial but will be assessed individually.

Benefits:
- Competitive starting salary of £26,200 per year.
- Commitment to sponsor for 1-year COS, with visa payment covered by us as the employer, subject to obtaining the sponsorship licence.
- Possibility of sponsorship extension up to 5 years total based on performance.
- Full-time position, 40 hours per week, with potential for extra hours.

- Driving is not a strict requirement but may impact work availability and start date.
- Application process duration: 4 to 18 weeks, depending on work availability and COS allocations.
- Our offices are based in Kent, with the possibility of working in different regions of England.
