PURPOSE
To help program for smooth cash, bank transaction and Record keeping

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Confirm daily attendance, movement and client’s business visit.
- Survey business, find out potential entrepreneurs and assess them properly through physical visit of entrepreneur’s business and residence.
- Confirm the necessary papers of entrepreneurs (trading license, land agreement, Tenancy Agreement, Spouse consent, Nominee and guarantor’s information etc. while client will decide to have loan from BRAC.
- Prepare necessary documents /papers and complete the file for the loan disbursement.
- Collect all documents for the individual client and loan disbursement,
- Ensure monthly installment paid by Mobile money / bank on time
- Prepare necessary reports, target plan and preserve it.
- Visit borrowers after disbursement.
- Make frequent field visit to confirm quality disbursement.
- Contact the lawyer to sign and commission legal papers.
- Make weekly monthly requisition for loan disbursement.
- Ensure quality disbursement and monthly overdue collections.
- Ensure that information about death of the borrower/ dependents are collected and submitted to insurance officer on time.
- Follow up and collection of written off loans and depositing the money to accounts.
- Always adhere to the Code of Conduct for Microfinance staff and treat clients respectfully.
- Strive to provide the best quality service to the client and at field and at the brunch office.
- Listen to clients’ complaints/concerns/opinions carefully and take appropriate measure
- Prepare progress report

- Establish a safeguarding culture across all level of the programme by implementing the safeguarding policy. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
- Responsible to ensure team members are appropriately trained, supported and have access to resources regarding issues that are identified and actioned in accordance with the safeguarding policy and procedure.
- Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Required Skills or Experience
EXPERIENCE (Including sector/industry):
- Cash and Bank transaction. Cash Requisition prepare, Cash Certificate prepare and bank reconciliation statement
- Knowledge in application Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel.
- Experience: At least one years of Experience working in Microfinance/financial Institution
KNOWLEDGE , SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
- Computer knowledge on MS World, MS Excel and Internet
- Effective communication skills.
- Writing and reporting skills in English
- People management skills
SPECIFIC EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
- Diploma /HND/ Degree Concentration / Major
