Key Accountabilities
- Analyze data to anticipate future needs of wholesale customers
- Ensure cheque and cash are properly managed and safely lodged
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions to customer issues
- Balance the cash register and generate sales reports

- Ensure proper accounts of all transactions including financial ones are kept
- Ensuring that products are stored properly to eliminate spoilage or damage
- Evaluate suppliers to achieve cost-effective deals and maintain trust relationships implementation of relevant SOPs and other policies
- Ensure that facility and equipment such as computers and generator etc. are properly maintained
- Ensure that stock is secure at all times to prevent theft
- Coordinate the work of other employees to ensure business goals are met
- Perform random checks and audit of stock to address inventory discrepancies
- Review / assess the work of team members at periodic time intervals
- Ensure the discipline of all team members
- Preparation and submission of stock reports to Wholesale Supervisor.

Qualification Required & Experience
- Min of Degree in Accounting/Marketing/purchasing and supply/procurement or related field
- Must have minimum of four (4) years of experience in a similar role
- Must be residing in either of the following locations: Accra & Tema
