Key Responsibilities
- Drive project teams, staff and other visitors.
- Drive to project sites as and when necessary
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks (e.g., checking tire pressure, fluid levels).
- Report any mechanical issues with the vehicle to ensure timely repairs.
- Should be willing to travel and work in remote communities.
- Ensure vehicle is not misused or mishandled in any way
- Ensure vehicle is used strictly for official duties
- Provide periodic reports on the status of the car to the Administrative Assistant.
- Transport staff to their destinations in a safe, timely, and courteous manner.
- Plan routes using GPS navigation and adjust for traffic conditions.
- Assist with loading luggage and other items into the vehicle.
- Anticipate staff needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding passengers’ conversations and activities.
- Follow all traffic laws and regulations.
- May be required to complete errands or make deliveries on behalf of staff (optional).
- Maintain a clean driving record.

Required Skills or Experience
Skills & Experience
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of Two [2] years of professional driving experience
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
- Strong navigational skills and a good sense of direction.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet tight schedules.
- Calm and composed under pressure.
- Knowledge of the local area/ terrain (a plus).
