Job description

  • Process purchase requisitions/orders with purchasing authority
  • Invite and assess quotations and proposals to the Office from Suppliers
  • Establish and negotiate contract terms and conditions and maintain supplier relationships
  • Prepare and maintain purchase records, operational records, reports, and price list
  • Stock taking and planning for the Operations Department
  • Issue and maintain proper records of accoutrement to issue out to Supervisors and Guards
  • Supervising of Issuing of ID cards to staff
  • Checking and managing ECG bills and water in the Office.
  • Oversee maintenance work in the office.
  • Check MTN bills each month.
  • Booking of Flights and hotel reservations for the Country Director.
  • Oversee office supplies to ensure resources are available when needed.
  • Screen Visitors at the reception and direct them to the appropriate department.
    Assist in other office duties.
MUST READ:

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in business in Management or Administration.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Office Management & administrative procedures
  • Excellent Computer skills with knowledge in Microsoft office suit and other office Management tools and applications.
  • Excellent communication skills in writing and over the phone.
  • Excellent leadership, time management and organizational skills.
  • Hardworking, confident, knowledgeable and teachable with desire to improve
  • Job requires driven personality and self-motivation
