Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized individual to join our team as a Transport Coordinator. The Transport Coordinator will play a pivotal role in overseeing administrative tasks, strategic planning, cost control measures, and contributing to the business development initiatives of our Transport Division.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule transportation activities, ensuring efficient utilization of resources.
- Monitor and track shipments, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to schedules.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize transportation routes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Manage administrative tasks such as maintaining transportation records, preparing reports, and handling documentation.
- Implement cost control measures to minimize expenses while maintaining service quality.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic plans for the Transport Division.
- Identify business development opportunities and participate in client acquisition efforts.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to enhance business partnerships.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and operational excellence.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in transportation coordination, preferably in the logistics or shipping industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using transportation management systems and software.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
