RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Commercial Real Estate Advisor role is to be based in Accra, Ghana, to primarily generate Commercial and Industrial leads.
The role will support the Head of Sales in executing objectives, strategies, and action plans to increase cash collection.
Responsibilities will include:
- Close through own leads, a minimum of 12 acres in Appolonia City Commercial and Industrial land sales in H2 2024.
- Achieve a minimum of 80 activities weekly as a road map to sales through referrals, prospecting or marketing leads:
- 70 quality calls
- 10 meetings/showings (site visits).
- Personally generate a minimum of 10 Commercial and Industrial sales qualified leads weekly and ensure all activities (leads, calls and meeting notes) are entered into the CRM within 24 hours.
- Actively participate in all Sales & Marketing events.
- Use of the CRM to track all leads, including entering all new leads into the CRM within 24 hours and achievement of other CRM KPIs (such as calls, showings, cash collection) which may be set by management throughout the year.
- Research companies and industries to create and open new markets for Appolonia City. Research business sectors and market segments with presence or interest in Commercial and Industrial areas to build profiles of targeted companies and individuals in order to enhance the Sales deal pipeline.
- Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by senior management.

REQUIREMENTS
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- A minimum of 2-3 years sales experience
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Advance proficiency in PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel is required.
- Ability to create and manage a database
