Job Description
The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient operations within the office while also handling basic accounting functions.
Responsibilities
- Perform general office duties such as answering phones, managing emails, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies.
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and statements.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and related documents.
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
- Support the accounting department with data entry, filing, and reconciling accounts.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute minutes.
- Manage office communications and correspondence professionally.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Liaise with clients and service providers as needed.
- Assist in other administrative tasks as required.

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.

Educational Requirements
- A degree or diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
