Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at CookClean Ghana Limited. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. They will also be responsible for monitoring market trends and competitor activities, providing regular reports to the management team, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales and sales management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
- Knowledge of the environmental sector and the cook stove industry
- Understanding of the local market and customer needs
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities
- Result-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Fluent in English and the local language
- Experience in the social enterprise sector is a plus
