Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role, with a track record of successful HR management
- Comprehensive understanding of HR metrics, systems, and databases
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to strategize and implement HR initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
- Proximity to Tema or Ashaiman is advantageous
