Job Description
- Administrative Support:
- Manage daily office operations and maintain office supplies inventory.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for managers and employees.
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails.
Customer Service:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about travel and tour services.
- Assist clients with travel and tour bookings, changes, and cancellations.
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
Documentation and Record Keeping:
- Maintain and update client files, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
Communication:
- Act as the point of contact between executives, employees, clients, and external partners.
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages and forwarding calls as necessary.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Coordination and Logistics:
- Coordinate travel arrangements for clients, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
- Assist in planning and organizing tours, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
- Support the development of travel itineraries and tour packages.
Office Management:
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
- Monitor office expenses and handle basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Ensure all office equipment is properly maintained and serviced.

Requirements
- HND or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
- Proven administrative or secretarial experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
