Communication:

  • Act as the point of contact between executives, employees, clients, and external partners.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages and forwarding calls as necessary.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.

Coordination and Logistics:

  • Coordinate travel arrangements for clients, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
