Requirements
HND or a Degree in food science, restaurant management or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a quality control role within the food and beverage industry.
- Previous experience in a restaurant setting is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and observational skills.
