Salary:USD $16,735 – USD $16,735 /Per Year

Work Schedule:Full-time – 40 hours per week

Start date: Candidate must be able to begin working within a reasonable period of time (12 weeks) of receipt of agency authorization and/or clearances/certifications or their candidacy may end.

Duties

Incumbent is responsible for the technical management of the Mission’s audio/video (A/V) program for ICASS Subscribers and administers, sets up, operates, and maintains equipment used to support operations ranging from day-to-day government business to large internal events. Equipment includes, but is not limited to, cameras, microphones, speakers, sound mixers, lighting, projectors, smart boards, digital signage, and streaming video systems. Job holder keeps up to date with latest technologies and trends in multimedia and video conferencing equipment and advises supervisors. Job holder is supervised by the Senior Computer Systems Specialist (FSN-11).

Qualifications and Evaluations

Requirements:

Experience:

A minimum of Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience as a technician/engineer/programmer of audio/visual equipment is required. Proficient in multimedia installation, maintenance and repair is required.

Education Requirements:

University degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering. Telecommunications, or design is required.Evaluations:

LANGUAGE:  Level IV-Fluent English language (written/spoken) is required. Language proficiency may be tested.

Qualifications:

All applicants under consideration will be required to pass medical and security certifications.

The pay plan is assigned at the time of the conditional offer letter by the HR Office.
