Job Summary
Provide leadership in health care delivery in restorative dentistry.Take a proactive role in the development and implementation of dental restorative services per the UGMC’s strategic direction.Take a lead role in ensuring that high clinical standards are met in the provision of specialist dental services.Play an active role in ensuring that appropriate healthcare services are designed and delivered to achieve the highest standards of care.Contribute to monitoring the quality of dental practice.Facilitate the development of procedures and systems to assess and minimize risk to Medical/dental staff and others.

Requirements
- Bachelor of Dental Surgery or equivalent.
- A relevant postgraduate exit qualification to the level of a Fellowship in Restorative Dentistry from a recognized postgraduate institution.
- A post-fellowship research work /publication.
- Leadership and management training.
- Continuing Professional Training in the field of relevant specialty.
