Job Summary
- Completion of good quality maintenance and repairs of customer vehicles, within given standard job times
- Carry out MOT to DVSA Guidelines, if applicable
- Specialize in diagnostics, efficient route cause analysis and repair
- Advise manger if additional work is required on vehicles and seek assistance from them in the rectification of any faults
- Maintain high levels of competence for work to be undertaken by taking part in on-site training, attending courses at suppliers and manufacturers and reading technical bulletins as required
- Discuss with customers any problems with their vehicles; ensuring that professionalism and quality of service is maintained throughout
- Maintain good housekeeping and health and safety practice
- Complete vehicle condition report sheets and job cards

Requirements
- The ideal candidate will possess extensive motor trade experience and be proficient in diagnostic repairs. You will understand exactly what it takes to always deliver quality.
- An Apprenticeship In Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair Level 3 City and Guilds or equivalent qualification is essential.
- A Master Technician qualification or MOT Testers qualification is desirable but not essential.
- A full UK driving license is required for this role.
