Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson at StarLife Assurance in Accra. The Salesperson will be responsible for promoting and selling life assurance products, identifying and contacting potential clients, and maintaining good customer relationships. The role involves meeting sales targets, preparing sales reports, and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Customer service orientation and relationship management
- Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of life assurance products and financial services
- Previous experience in sales or insurance industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field
