Job Summary
Oversees the marketing department and provides direction and feedback on major projects. Makes key decisions regarding product distribution, budgeting, branding, and sales. Works with other company officers to set the overall direction and objectives for product and service offerings.
Duties and Responsibilities
Creates and communicates innovative marketing information about the institute’s membership, professional certification programmes, continuing professional development programmes etc
- Creates compelling and engaging, content for various channels, including websites, blogs, whitepapers and social media
- Champions the branding of the institute to enhance its viability
- Plans and organises outreach programes targeted at educational institution, corporate institutions (private and public) and HR firms to enhance the institute’s membership drive
- Collaborates with educational institutions, professional bodies and corporate entities to organise seminars, career fairs, etc

Requirements
A university degree in Marketing, communication, business administration or a related field
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience in a marketing role
- A CIMG Professional qualification in marketing will be an added advantage
- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing and content management systems
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive engagement and growth
