Job Summary
Buckman Investment Ventures is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated HR Assistant to support our HR department in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations. The HR Assistant will handle various HR-related administrative tasks, support recruitment processes, manage employee records, and assist with payroll and benefits administration.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, employment history, and attendance records.
- Support onboarding processes for new employees and facilitate training sessions.
- Help manage payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Assist in updating HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR-related issues and provide support as needed.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
- Assist with performance management processes, including scheduling evaluations and tracking progress.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Qualifications
