Job Summary
Responsible for providing legal advice to the company and all clients in relation to regulatory compliance
- Drafting and review of contracts, commercial agreements, leases, assignments, condominium agreements, MOUs, partnership/collaboration of agreement at the firm
- May be requested to represent the company and its in all legal related meetings
- Handle labour related cases and represent clients at the labour commission

Qualifications
LLB/Master of Law / any other equivalent professional certification in relevant field with a minimum of 8 years post-call experience in Ghana.
