Job Summary
The Head of Controlling – GH & Francos Manager will support the Country Manager and the local topline team in defining a strategy by category and brand with an accompanying action plan in order to achieve the defined targets.
In this role, you will report directly to the Finance Director – SSA.

Requirements
- Masters degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA is preferred but not required.
- Minimum of 10 years of finance and accounting experience, including finance, business controlling, accounting, audit, and analysis (including gathering, evaluating, presenting, and reporting financial information to management and external stakeholders) within a multinational business.
- Solid experience in coordinating audit activities and managing reporting, budget development and analysis, general ledger, and accounting for investments.
- Proactive, hands-on manager who will own projects.
- Exceptional verbal and written communications skills and the ability to interact effectively with others, both internally and externally.
- Change management ready for Integrated Business Services roadmap
