Job Summary
To provide strategic and academic leadership, direction and coordination within the institute so as to create a productive TVET educational experience, establish high standards and expectations for academic and administrative performance. Evaluating current curriculum materials and resources, coaching teachers, developing strategies to improve student performance, and collaborating with school administrators and personnel. Responsible for aligning academic standards, curriculums, and teaching methodologies, an academic coordinator ensures educational excellence. You liaise with teaching staff, update curriculums as needed, and ensure compliance with educational boards.

Qualifications & Experience
A master’s degree in Engineering, Technical Education or Educational Management, qualifications in General Management would be an added advantage.
