Responsibilities

Oversee the creation of high-quality content including brochures, newsletters, email campaigns, blog posts, and social media updates.
Manage the company’s online presence, including website content, SEO, and social media profiles
Analyze marketing campaign performance and generate reports to measure effectiveness and ROI
Develop and maintain a marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.

Required Skills or Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Banking, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing or credit administration preferably within the debt recovery or banking industry.
Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in marketing software and tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and content management systems.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
