General Duties
- Plan, coordinate, monitor, and schedule projects for the various engineering site teams.
- Assessing project requirements.
- Monitor all subcontractors to ensure that they are working according to timing, standards, and specifications.
- Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
- Prepare shop drawings.
- Prepare materials requests for the teams.
- Prepare Auto Cad drawings for a project.
- Prepare snag lists.
- Communicate changes or modifications of designs to the supervisors for implementation.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
- Proven work experience in MEP works.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Experience in the construction industry.
