Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Design and Development:
- Develop and design mechanical systems, devices, and components (e.g., engines, machines, tools).
- Create 3D models and technical drawings using CAD software.
- Conduct feasibility studies and analyze design specifications.
Project Management:
- Lead projects from concept to production, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, designers, and project managers.
- Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for parts, materials, and services.
Prototyping and Testing:
- Build prototypes and conduct tests to assess performance, durability, and safety.
- Analyze test results and make design adjustments to improve functionality and efficiency.
- Ensure designs meet industry standards and safety regulations.
Problem Solving and Troubleshooting:
- Identify and solve technical issues in the design, manufacturing, or operation of mechanical systems.

Maintenance and Supervision:
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and operation of machinery and mechanical systems.

- Prepare detailed documentation, including reports, manuals, and operational procedures.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to clients, management, and stakeholders.
