DUTIES:

  • Keep precise procurement documentation, such as invoices, purchase orders, and delivery receipts.

  • Support the creation and execution of purchasing strategies to enhance processes.

Requirements and Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or a similar discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience (3-5 years) as a Procurement Officer, ideally within the construction sector.
  • Proficient understanding of procurement procedures, contract discussions, and supply chain administration.
  • Knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and vendors.
  • Expertise in purchasing and stock management software.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Focus on precision and dedication to correctness.
  • Capability to perform under stress and adhere to deadlines.
  • Having certification in procurement or supply chain management (e.g., CIPS) is beneficial.

Position 2: Site Supervisor (Civil works)

Our client, a well-regarded construction firm, is looking for a skilled Site Supervisor (Civil Works) to supervise and manage on-site operations. The Site Supervisor will be tasked with guaranteeing that civil construction projects are carried out effectively, punctually, within financial limits, and in adherence to quality and safety regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily construction work to ensure it meets project requirements.
  • Organize and manage workers, materials, and equipment to stay on schedule.
  • Make sure the work follows the building plans and designs.
  • Track progress and keep the Project Manager updated.
  • Implement safety rules to ensure workers follow health and safety guidelines.
