Position: Relationship Officer

Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons to fill the vacant position of Relationship Officer in a leading rural bank in the Eastern Region.

Job Objective

The Relationship Officer will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and ensuring their financial needs are met

Key Duties

Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with potential clients
Conducting financial assessments to understand clients needs and risk tolerance
Providing financial advice and recommending appropriate banking products
Ensuring compliance with banking regulations and policies
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records and interactions
Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Meeting and exceeding sales targets for banking products and services
Resolving client issues and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Keeping abreast of industry trends and changes in financial regulations
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience

Qualification Required & Experience

A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or a related field
Proven experience in sales and customer relationship management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Understanding of financial products and services
Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a dynamic banking environment
Must be between the ages of 25 years – 35 years at the time of application
