Responsibilities
- This position is mainly responsible for will serving as a dedicated marketing, data, and content powerhouse for the Complete Farmer team. Marketing associate can expect to work closely with the Marketing Manager and other members of the marketing team, as well as do research, analyze data, and follow trends. The ideal candidate will be a well-organized multitasker who can adapt well to a fast-paced environment, and will be excited about learning new skills, digital marketing technologies and executing marketing strategies.
- Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the Marketing department runs smoothly.
- Helping to plan and execute events, projects, and campaigns.
- Helping to create proposals and presentations.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
- Researching to keep an up-to-date knowledge of the industry and competitors
- Reporting on research findings.
- Gather and analyze consumer behaviour data (e.g. web traffic and rankings)
- Create reports on marketing metrics, like conversion rates.
- Manage individual project priorities, deadlines and deliverables.
- Keep organized records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Have a BSc degree.
- Have 0-2 years of experience in marketing and/or communications
- How to Get a Job With Little or no Experience

- Have an understanding of digital reporting and analytic metrics
