Understand the ITIL Processes needed in your IT Department
Understand aspects of implementing ITIL processes and creating a cycle of continuous improvement.
Describe the features and functions of the cisco IOS Software
Implementing basic configuration on a cisco router
Identify and resolve common switching and routing networking issues
Outline threat defense technologies
