Job Duties:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records and transactions
- Monitor and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and decision-making processes
- Maintain knowledge of current accounting standards and regulations
- Utilize accounting software (e.g., PeopleSoft, Sage, QuickBooks, Xero) to perform daily tasks.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA certification preferred
- Proven experience in financial accounting or related role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g., PeopleSoft, Sage, QuickBooks, Xero)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
