Job Summary:
The Assistant Manager at Mary Brown’s Chicken is a pivotal role in supporting the Restaurant Manager in ensuring the smooth daily operations of the restaurant. Key Responsibilities:
Operational Support:
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in daily restaurant operations.
- Uphold Mary Brown’s operational standards and protocols.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and safety parameters.
- Support in managing inventory and ensuring timely replenishment.
Team Management and Development:
- Aid in recruiting, training, and overseeing restaurant personnel.
- Assist with staff scheduling to ensure optimal coverage.
- Contribute to team training initiatives and development programs.
- Address and mitigate any staff-related concerns or conflicts.

Customer Service Excellence:
- Collaborate to ensure customers consistently enjoy a positive dining experience.
- Assist in promptly and professionally addressing customer feedback or concerns.
- Contribute to strategies that enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Financial Oversight:
- Assist in monitoring the restaurant’s financial metrics and performance.
- Contribute to cost management efforts and profitability initiatives.
- Analyze sales trends and provide insights for revenue enhancement.
Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure adherence to local regulations, as well as company policies.
- Participate in safety protocols and ensure staff compliance.
- Oversee the proper storage and handling of food items.

Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the food service industry.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and team management capabilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Salary: £26,500.00-£28,000.00 per year
