Cherrytree Residential Care Home in Leicestershire is currently seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join our compassionate and supportive team.
Our 40-bed care home is nestled in a quiet residential area, providing specialist dementia care in a peaceful and secure environment. We are committed to offering the highest standard of care, helping our residents live longer, healthier, and happier lives. Main Duties
- Main responsibilities involve being a supportive and important member of a caring team, participate fully in the delivery of care with quality and standard.
- You will be taking responsibility of the wellbeing of residents and their needs.
- Assisting with personal care for example washing, dressing personal hygiene, and helping with meals
- Encouraging residents with independence, dignity, and respect as well as choice by the providing the highest level of care.
- Also completing care records and keeping them up-to-date and accurate
- Undertaking training which is ongoing
