Main Duties
- Manage and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and software applications
- Monitor system performance and ensure reliability and security of systems
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide technical support to end-users
- Install, configure, and update software and hardware systems as needed
- Collaborate with IT team members to implement new technologies and improve existing systems
- Create and maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and procedures
- Perform regular backups and ensure data integrity and disaster recovery procedures are in place
- Assist in planning and implementing IT projects to meet organizational needs
