Salary: £12 to £13 an hour

About the Role
We are looking for a compassionate Senior Caregiver to deliver high-quality care and support to residents in a care home setting. The ideal candidate will be committed to improving the well-being and quality of life for elderly individuals through personalized care and assistance.
Main Duties
- Develop and implement individual care plans tailored to residents’ needs
- Do medication rounds and ensure adherence
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
- Provide assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Demonstrate leadership qualities in guiding junior caregivers
Qualifications
- Previous experience in senior care or a similar role
- Proficiency in using IT systems for record-keeping purposes
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work in a care home environment
