We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Aesthetic Healthcare Assistant to join our team and provide essential support to our Aesthetics Nurse in our thriving aesthetic clinic.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Aesthetic Nurse in various clinical procedures, including but not limited to injectables, laser treatments, chemical peels, and skin rejuvenation procedures.
- Prepare treatment rooms, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and availability of necessary supplies.
- Greet and escort clients to treatment rooms, ensuring their comfort and confidentiality. Educate clients on pre and post treatment care instructions, answering their questions and addressing concerns.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes.
- Collaborate with the Aesthetic Nurse and other team members to ensure smooth workflow and efficient client care. Adhere to clinic policies, protocols, and infection control measures to maintain a safe and sterile environment.

Requirements
- Previous experience as an aesthetic practitioner, preferably in an aesthetic or dermatology setting, is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of aesthetic treatments, procedures, and products is an asset.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to provide compassionate and supportive care to patients.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in maintaining accurate and confidential patient records.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to professional growth.
Education and Certification.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current CPR certification is desirable.
