About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Care Coordinator to join our team at a charming care home near Helensburgh. In this role, you will be vital in ensuring residents receive exceptional, person-centered care tailored to their individual needs, preferences, and goals.
Main Duties
- Coordinate and manage care for residents in collaboration with the care team.
- Organise and oversee shifts, ensuring all care is delivered to a high standard.
- Administer and accurately record medication, as well as update residents’ digital care plans.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
- Assist with the induction, training, and supervision of support staff.

Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care, or currently working towards it.
