Roles & Responsibilities
- Collecting relevant data to build a financial model for the land bank
- Support in building out a full Project Plan & Budget for implementation

- Stakeholder analysis, building and firming up relationships with key
stakeholders across the country - Creating deal pipeline of possible land sites for the project
- Coordinating relationships with the legal teams and landowners to close
deals - Assisting the founding team with operations and hiring other key
personnel

Qualification, Skills And Experience
The ideal candidate should:
- Be a Ghanaian in the final year of their tertiary education and looking to begin their National Service in the coming weeks
- Be smart and forward-thinking
- Be a self-starter, able to take initiative
- Have experience in making things happen (ideally events, student
leadership or has tried to start a small business) - Be comfortable with navigating informal business operations
- Demonstrated grit, resilience and the ability to adapt to situations rapidly
