Job Description

  • Assist to develop on annual audit plan
  • Assist in implementing the around audit plan, as approval including any special tasks or project requested by management and the audit committee of the board
  • Assist to test and review all aspect of bank’s activities to ensure compliance with bank’s policy and regulatory authorities.

  • Assist in reviewing operations to ascertain whether results are consistent with established budgets, objectives and goals
  • Assist in observing risk areas and create control environment that will detect and avoid any form of fraud
  • Assist in following-up on the findings and recommendations of previous audits that have not received the appropriate action

Qualification Required & Experience

  • Minimum of First Degree
  • MBA from a recognised university as an added advantage
  • Part qualification of ICA, ACCA and CIB as an added advantage
  • Minimum of 2 years working experience of which one year serve as an audit assistant
  • Must have a good knowledge of the T24 banking application software.
