Job Description

  • Oversee the activities of the branch
  • Ability to handle at branch operators within company standard
  • Safeguard all the branch asset in a fixed asset, stocks etc

  • Coordinating the activities of the branch to ensure that they are in line with the strategic plan of the bank
  • Manage branch liquidity
  • Responsible for business development to generate deposit and increase revenue
  • Manage branch loan portfolio
  • Authorize payments and daily entries of the branch
  • Prepare and submit monthly progress report to the CEO/Operations Manager

Qualification Required & Experience

  • Minimum of First Degree
  • MBA from a recognised university as an added advantage
  • Part qualification of ICA, ACCA and CIB as an added advantage
  • Minimum of 4 years of working experience of which 2 years serve as a branch manager
  • Must have a good knowledge of the T24 Banking application software
