Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible, patient, educated, have integrity, and be God-fearing with a genuine passion for working with children. As the nanny/house help, you will create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for our children and ensure our home is well-maintained and organized.

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care for our children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Plan and engage in age-appropriate Montessori activities, both indoors and outdoors, to stimulate physical, intellectual, and emotional growth.
- Prepare nutritious meals and snacks for the children.
- Assist with homework and educational activities.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment, including the children’s play areas and belongings.
- Manage daily routines, including feeding, bathing, dressing, and nap times.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding the children’s progress and any concerns.
- Transport the children to and from activities, appointments, and school as needed.
- Perform general housekeeping duties, including cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
- Assist with meal preparation and grocery shopping.
- Must be God-fearing and ready to attend church services with the children.
Required Skills or Experience
Qualifications
- Senior High school graduate and/or above; additional education or certifications in child care, early childhood education, or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Nanny and/or house help or in a similar child care and housekeeping role.
- Montessori training or experience.
- Excellent references from previous employers.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to plan, organize, and multitask with minimal supervision.
- A warm, caring, and patient personality.
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
- High integrity and a God-fearing nature.
- No health and no medical conditions.
- Must have a Ghana card.
