Duties and responsibilities
The role involves working with the elderly who have dementia and have undergone mandatory training. Applicants should have a genuine interest in working with vulnerable residents within domiciliary care. They should be able to communicate effectively at all levels and be comfortable working in a team. Duties include administering medication, infection control, changing a catheter bag, and using a hoist.

Requirements
Applicants must:
- Be a driver with a valid UK driver’s license.
- Be willing to relocate or live in Braintree, Witham, or Chelmsford, specifically in CM1, CM7, or CM8.
- Have 6 months or more experience in domiciliary care with elderly or children services.
- Be willing to be flexible with working hours.
- Have an Enhanced DBS.
- Provide proof of address within the last 3 months.
- Provide two employer references within the last 3 years.
- Show proof of NI number.
- Provide a passport or full birth certificate.
- Possess a driving license.
- Provide any training certificates, including NVQ certificates.
