Responsibilities:
- Record stocks as it is delivered; inspect and advise on storage according to company’s policy.
- Conduct daily physical inventory check, compare results to computerized inventory, and reconcile any differences and report on it weekly to COO and Auditors.
- Record daily outside stocks and reconcile the same.
- Make requests for the replenishment of stocks as needed to the warehouse.
- Ensure transfers of stocks to the trucks for delivery are done in a timely manner and according to schedule.
- Responsible for maintaining accurate stock listings.
- Schedule stocks being transferred to and from the warehouse and coordinate transfer of stocks between warehouses.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to develop strategic plans and procedures to increase the efficiency of warehouse practices.

Other Requirements:
- Male
- HND / Degree in accounting or stock audit with 5 years’ experience in stock management
Salary Range: Ghc 1700.00 TO Ghc 2500.00
